Josie Bulitt is determined to find you the perfect home! A native of Montgomery County, Josie has lived much of her life in Olney, Maryland, and has strong ties to the area. Although at the early stages of her real estate career, Josie's enthusiasm, entrepreneurial experience, and “can do” attitude has made her a star already. In recognition of her hard work and success, The Agency named Josie its 2022 “Rising Star.” Josie's natural affinity for connecting with people and her ability to make new friends wherever she goes have proven to be valuable assets in building her business.
Josie studied Psychology at the University of Colorado. She believes that the education she received in college serves her well in her new career. Josie’s ability to understand how people think and help them find what they are searching for has been particularly useful as her experience grows and she learns the intricacies of the real estate industry. Helping people find the home of their dreams is an absolute joy for Josie. She understands that every client has different needs and works diligently to exceed their expectations.
Josie is always active, whether she is exercising or roaming around local paths and dog parks with her best pal, Surf. An exercise fanatic, Josie is always happy when she is outdoors, hiking, biking, and skiing. She also enjoys traveling, working with children, snuggling with Surf, and spending time with her family.
